My name is Coach Manu, and I specialize in speed development for athletes who want to improve their performance in sport.
Through my experience coaching track and field and working with developing athletes, I realized that many athletes know how to run, but very few are taught how to run correctly.
Sprinting is a skill that can be developed with the right training, proper mechanics, and structured progression.

Why I Coach Speed
Speed is one of the most valuable physical qualities in nearly every sport.
When athletes learn proper sprint mechanics and movement efficiency, they not only run faster but also move with more confidence and control.
My goal as a coach is to help athletes develop speed the right way so they can perform better and enjoy their sport at a higher level.

My coaching combines sprint mechanics training, strength development, and performance analysis to help athletes build efficient movement, acceleration, and explosive power.
I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), which supports my approach to strength development, movement efficiency, and injury prevention.
